Capacity Building of the Directorate for Water
Project Steering Committee
At quarterly intervals or whenever deemed necessary by its members, the Project Leaders, the RTAs and RTA counterparts and where applicable, representatives of the administrative office and/or the EAR meet to discuss the progress of the project, verify the achievement of the outputs and mandatory results and discuss actions to be undertaken in the following quarter. The Project Steering Committee also discusses the draft of the quarterly report submitted to it beforehand, recommends corrections.

The responsibility for the organisation of the Project Steering Committee meeting lies with both Project Leaders.

Members of the Steering Committee are:
Heinz-Jochen Poremski, Member State Project Leader;
Aleksandar Prodanović, Beneficiary Country Project Leader, who replaced in May 2008 Nikola Marjanović, former Beneficiary Country Project Leader;
Claus Heuberger, Resident Twinning Adviser 1;
Marija Kostić, RTA counterpart 1, who replaced in May 2008 Valentina Mileusnić Vucić, former RTA counterpart 1;
Christian Ebel, Resident Twinning Adviser 2;
Dragana Milovanović, RTA counterpart 2;
Dejan Dacić, Director of Hydromet, who replaced in May 2008 Jovanka Andrejević, former director of Hydromet
Miksa Jovanović, Assistant Director, Hydromet;
Vera Morandini, representative of EC Delegation to Serbia;
Representatives from EAR and EC Delegation to Serbia.
