Foundation and tasks of Joint Working Group

On October 19th 2006 Joint Working Group (JWG) for twinning project was established within the project activity 1.1.2.

Co-chairs of the JWG according to the twinning contract are (in alphabetical order):

Mr. Claus Heuberger (resident twinning advisor)
Ms. Marija Kostic (Water Directorate, counterpart of resident twinning advisor), who replaced in May 2008 Valentina Mileusnic Vucic, former counterpart of resident twinning advisor)

Members of the JWG appointed by their institutions, in which they perform managerial functions, are (in alphabetical order):

Ms. Milica Nadezdic (Hydromet)
Mr. Nenad Stefanovic (Public Water Management Company Vode Vojvodine )

This JWG has objectives
  • To help to the twinning project in executive planned activities,
  • To transfer the knowledge and informations from twinning project to their institutions following train-the-trainer principle and
  • To maintain the close contact with all stakeholders,
    • Which means that it plays leading role in achieving the project results, having in mind that it has at its disposal the support from around 40 short-term experts from Germany as well as numerous experts from Serbian institutions involved in the project?
